Recipe of the Week: Celery Juice Cleanser

Sunday, at last! This week's ROTW is a Celery Juice Cleanser.  Juicing is a great way to help improve digestion by introducing healthy enzymes that make the gut work more efficiently.

In ages past, celery was often used as medicine rather than simply a delicious snack. Did you know celery has nerve-soothing capabilities? Celery contains magnesium and essential oils that help regulate the nervous system and have a calming effect. 

With the upcoming new year, many of us are renewing our resolutions, including eating healthier, getting more exercise, or practicing more self-love and healing.
